Try to eat foods that has high content of vitamin C to  help  boost your immunity to repel infections and diseases.  Keep your foods safe and covered properly for it not to get contaminated, remember the easiest way through which diarrhoea is transmitted is through contaminated foods. Ensure you wash your fruits and vegetables thoroughly before eating.
